Manager – Communications & Social Media
Part-time (0.1 FTE to start) | Hybrid | Fairweather Archery
Fairweather Archery is an Australian manufacturer of high-performance archery finger tabs, used by elite and international athletes around the world. We’re looking for a Manager – Communications & Social Media to help manage our online presence, customer communications, and pro staff program as the business continues to grow globally.
This is a part-time, salaried role (approximately 4–5 hours per week to start), with flexibility around when the work is done. It’s well suited to someone who understands high-level archery and is keen to contribute to a performance-focused brand.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:

Managing Fairweather Archery’s social media channels and content schedule

Planning, running, and reviewing social media campaigns

Communicating with customers, athletes, and subscribers online

Coordinating and administering the Fairweather Archery Pro Staff program

Providing regular updates and insights to the Director
Most of the work can be done remotely, with occasional on-site time in Mitchell (ACT) required. There is strong potential for the role to grow over time, including additional hours and travel opportunities for the right person.
About You
This role would suit someone who:

Has a strong understanding of international-level archery (elite or squad athletes encouraged to apply)

Is highly organised with excellent time management skills

Is confident using social media platforms and scheduling tools

Communicates clearly and professionally in writing

Is reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of their work
You don’t need to have held a similar role before — support will be provided for self-led development, and the position can grow as your skills and availability increase.
What We Offer

$70,000 FTE base salary (pro-rated) + super
